This is a quick and dirty (and not very well focussed) test shot with my new ZWO ASI290MC camera, taken through the 60mm ZWO guidescope.  The more ZWO gear I see and use, the more impressed I am with it - this is a tiny teeny 60mm 'scope, stuck on top of the usual LX200, and a stack of about 280 15-second exposures.  It's noisy, and there were problems with debayering the images, but this is such an encouraging start that I just had to post it.  This configuration has "supernova patrol" written all over it, and I also have some images of Jupiter to process taken through the main 'scope with the ASI290MC.  I have some sheet aluminium on order to build a lightweight peliter-based cooler for the camera, and I'm hoping it will mean I don't need to rush to get the ASI1600 I have my eye on!
